Shipping and Returns

Items that are in stock will ship in 2-4 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items may take up to 8 weeks unless specified differently. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

If your order is a rush, please email info@fineessential.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

  • Returns
All sales are final.
 
  • Exchanges
If there is a manufacturing defect an exchange is available within 15 days of receiving your order, otherwise all sales are final. Please email info@fineessential.com within 15 days days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange, if your item is returned after 15 days, it will not be processed.  Your item must be in its original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. We will not accept exchanges on custom pieces.
  • International Orders
We are not responsible for any fees or delays in delivery times due to customs. Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), and other fees by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
