BRIDAL WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Fine Essential offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs and missing pavé stones.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
If you encounter any problems with your engagement ring or wedding band, please contact info@fineessential.com to proceed with your repair.
Kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Fine Essential will void this warranty.
FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY
Jewelry by nature is delicate and must be taken care of accordingly. We will gladly repair an item purchased on fineessential.com, at no charge to you, within the first 90 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after 90 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style. Please contact info@fineessential.com
